Is Biomass a Green Energy Source?

According to experts, Biomass is a source of green energy. Having said that, what is Biomass Green Energy? In a simpler definition, it is a process by which materials such as plants, wood and even animal wastes are being used to generate electricity. You might be wondering how it was done. It is through direct combustion, which is considered the most common method of generating energy from biomass.

Aside from generating green energy, it is also known as a heating system. Biomass can also be used for hot air production so you can keep a place warm. It also enables you to have warm water so you can take a shower during wintry days. If you will try to compare biomass to other green energy sources like solar power, you will probably notice that biomass produces more green energy than the later.

The good thing about biomass energy is that you do not have to collect it first like solar and wind power. You do not have to depend on the weather to have green energy sources for biomass is readily available unlike the other two that is totally dependent with the weather and technology. The edge of biomass green energy is because gasification process is involved, whereas waste is being used as an alternative replacing oil. Which will all know is too expensive. The government will not only save because of waste depots maintenance but as well as oil purchase, which is the number one core element in electricity production.

I am interested on 'biomass energy ' . And it is more easy to make. yes sometimes weather sucks and then biomass energy should be a very good things. I am searching more information on it now. thanks for sharing this.
